| Ingredients: | 2 freshwater drum fillets Olive oil ( for coating the fish) Marinade of choice Soft sandwich buns of choice 2 avocados sliced Tarter sauce |

| Directions: | Cut filets in 4 inch pieces and brush with olive oil. Then place the pieces on a hot grill. Don't touch fish till you can flip them without ripping the fish apart. Once flipped add the marinade and repeat on the other side. Place finished filets on buns with condiments. | |
